Jonathan focuses his practice on employment litigation and has extensive experience handling a wide range of employment matters including discrimination, unemployment, employment contracts and ERISA/employee benefits.
Jonathan has worked in nearly every legal arena. He has served as clerk for a federal judge, worked for the largest local government in Georgia, represented large corporations in forty-six states and jurisdictions, advised small businesses and helped individuals navigate employment matters.
Jonathan has litigated overtime and wage claims, non-competition and non-solicitation clauses, unemployment, and all manner of discrimination, retaliation and harassment claims. He helps employees at all levels understand their rights regarding employment contracts, severance agreements, and employment benefits as they transition to and from positions throughout their career. He provides clients with insight and inside knowledge of the working of courts, governments and businesses.
Jonathan puts clients first, and places a premium on service, efficiency and common sense. He is known for his ability to untangle complex problems and cases.
Jonathan regularly speaks with businesses and individual groups about how leadership, knowledge and communication can resolve disputes and protect the rights and recovery of injured parties. He is particularly passionate about veteran's issues and helping those who serve get the credit they deserve.
